  • All products are manufactured according to customer-approved designs and specifications.
  • These terms apply to all customers worldwide.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• 3. Orders & Design Approval

  • Orders are confirmed only after final design approval from the customer.
  • Once a sample or digital proof is approved, production begins.
  • Any errors in the approved design (including spelling, colors, size, or layout) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and delays.

• 4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted based on approved specifications.
  • Payments must be completed as per the agreed terms before production begins.
  • Prices may vary due to material cost changes or order modifications.

• 5. Production & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 7–10 working days globally, after design approval and payment confirmation.
  • All orders are produced and shipped from Pakistan.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance, shipping delays, or other factors beyond our control.

• 6. Quality Assurance

  • We ensure strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Samples may be provided for approval before bulk production.
  • The approved sample serves as the final reference for quality, design, and specifications.

• 7. Returns, Replacements & Compensation Policy

  We offer returns, replacements, or compensation only in cases where the error is caused by UK Custom Packaging.

  Eligible Issues:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Design mistakes not matching the approved sample
  • Structural or material defects in packaging boxes

  Reporting Policy:

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Claims reported after 24 hours will not be considered.

  Proof Requirement:

  Customers must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect
  • Images of outer packaging
  • Proof comparing the issue with the approved sample

  Once verified, our team will coordinate with the customer regarding compensation, replacement, or return.

• 8. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

  Returns or compensation will not be accepted if:

  • The product matches the approved sample
  • Errors were approved during the design stage
  • Damage occurred after delivery due to mishandling or storage
  • Claims are submitted after the 24-hour reporting period

• 9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, content, images, and materials on this website are the property of UK Custom Packaging unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any artwork or logos provided.

• 10. Limitation of Liability

  • UK Custom Packaging is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the original order.

• 11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
